In fact, we are on a mission to promote skin health and wellness for all by partnering with non-profit organizations that provide essential dermatological care and other types of care to those in need. The “Look Good, Do Good” Mission
The entire staff at Georgia Skin Cancer and Aesthetic Dermatology is always striving to help our patients look and feel good, but we aim to do even more by also doing good in our community. That is why we have developed the “Look Good, Do Good” mission. Whenever someone comes in to receive cosmetic services and procedures, we take the profits and give them back to local and international organizations that help promote skin wellness in the community. When you choose us, you are choosing to help people who need food, healthcare, employment, physical and emotional support, and more.

Get Comfortable/Creature Comforts
Get Comfortable is a cross-sector consortium brought together by Creature Comforts that channels the generosity of many toward community priorities. For instance, they have funded literacy intervention efforts and refugee resettlement efforts.
The Sparrow’s Nest
The Sparrow’s Nest is a non-profit, Christ-centered ministry that creatively meets the needs of the local at-risk population through a variety of programs, including shower and laundry services, providing free diapers to those in need, distributing free clothing, providing emergency food assistance, helping displaced people gain employment, and much more.
Downtown Ministries
This multi-faceted ministry in Athens, GA is dedicated to developing the next generation of godly leaders. Downtown Ministries includes a fully accredited Pre-K through 5th Grade Christian School, a robust sports program, a community kitchen, and volunteer programs that engage more than 400 volunteers annually.
Athens Pregnancy Center
Athens Pregnancy Center is a faith-based non-profit organization that empowers women and men facing difficult pregnancy decisions in our community. They advocate for life by offering emotional, spiritual, social, medical, and physical support.
Mercy Health Center
Mercy Health Center demonstrates and shares the love of Jesus through quality, whole-person healthcare to underserved people in the Athens, GA community. Their wide range of services covers medical, dental, wellness, and behavioral needs.
