Christina Burr, PA-C

Christina Burr is an NCCPA certified physician assistant and a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. A native of Wisconsin, she received her Master of Physician Assistant studies from De Sales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania in 2004. A well-rounded physician assistant, her work experience includes dermatology, women's health and rheumatology. Christina joined Dr. Campbell and Jeff Moulton, PA-C, at Georgia Skin Cancer and Aesthetic Dermatology in 2010 to help care for new and established patients in our Athens, Madison and Lake Oconee offices. In addition to assisting patients with any general dermatology needs, Christina is also trained to assist with Mohs surgery and is certified to offer patients a variety of cosmetic laser procedures.

Christina and her husband Phil moved to Madison, GA in 2010 to be closer to Christina's parents and are thoroughly enjoying the warmer weather. Phil is also a certified physician assistant and works in orthopedics. They enjoy anything outdoors including hiking, boating, fishing and scuba diving.

Jeff L. Moulton, PA-C

Jeff Moulton is an NCCPA certified physician assistant who received his Bachelor of Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical College of Georgia in 2000 and later his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska in 2011. He has a variety of work experience including Cardiac and General Surgery as well as Emergency Medicine. He is also a Major in the Georgia National Guard and spent three years in Iraq. Jeff joined Dr. Campbell and Christian Burr, PA-C, at Georgia Skin Cancer and Aesthetic Dermatology in 2012 to assist Dr. Campbell with Mohs surgery as well as care for general and aesthetic dermatology patients.

Jeff is a native of Georgia and grew up in White County. He and his wife Liz live in Athens and have three children; Ashley, Craig and Logan. They enjoy being outdoors and traveling.

Ragan Phillips, PA-C

Ragan Phillips is an NCCPA certified physician assistant and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Ragan is a native of Greenwood, South Carolina and she received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University. After graduating from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree she attended Georgia Health Sciences University in Augusta, Georgia where she received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2009. She has been practicing dermatology as a physician assistant since graduating from Georgia Health Sciences University. She comes to Georgia Skin Cancer and Aesthetic Dermatology with an abundance of dermatological knowledge. She is interested in the medical aspects as well as the cosmetic aspects of dermatology. Ragan is experienced in diagnosing various skin diseases as well as diagnosing and treating skin cancers.

Ragan and her husband, Daniel, have been living in Seattle, Washington due to Daniel’s service with the US Army Rangers. They are returning to Georgia to be closer to family and friends.

Richard L. McKinney, Administrator

Richard joined Georgia Skin Cancer & Aesthetic Dermatology in August 2011. He is originally from Augusta, Georgia and has 18 years of previous medical management experience. He graduated with a BBA in Management from Georgia Southern University and received his MBA from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. He enjoyed the Athens area when he was in graduate school at UGA and he and his wife are excited to come back to the area.
