Jeff Moulton is an NCCPA certified physician assistant who received his Bachelor of Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical College of Georgia in 2000 and later his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska in 2011. He has a variety of work experience including Cardiac and General Surgery as well as Emergency Medicine. He is also a Major in the Georgia National Guard and spent three years in Iraq. Jeff joined Georgia Skin Cancer and Aesthetic Dermatology in 2012 to assist Dr. Campbell with Mohs surgery as well as care for general and aesthetic dermatology patients.
Jeff is a native of Georgia and grew up in White County. He and his wife Liz live in Athens and have three children; Ashley, Craig and Logan. They enjoy being outdoors and traveling.
Ragan Phillips, PAC, MPAS is a native of South Carolina. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University, she attended the Medical College of Georgia and graduated in 2009 with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. She is a NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Passionate about dermatology, Ragan joined the Georgia Skin Cancer and Aesthetic Dermatology team in 2012 bringing with her an abundance of dermatological knowledge. Ragan has experience treating a variety of medical and cosmetic dermatology conditions. She lives in Athens, GA with her husband, Daniel, and son, Carter. In her time away from work, Ragan enjoys spending time with family and friends. Ragan looks forward to meeting you and caring for your needs.
Amanda Pisciotta is an NCCPA board certified physician assistant and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science before moving to Knoxville, Tennessee, where she received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from South College in 2012. Amanda returned to the Athens area and worked in primary care for over two years before joining Georgia Skin Cancer & Aesthetic Dermatology in 2015. She enjoys caring for general dermatology patients in our Lake Oconee, Athens, and Madison offices. Amanda is also certified to offer patients a variety of cosmetic laser procedures.
Amanda & her husband, Michael, are both natives of South Georgia but fell in love with Athens while attending UGA. They now call Athens their home and enjoy spending time with family & friends.
Hope Cook joins us at our Lake Oconee location after working in dermatology in the Athens area for almost 8 years. Prior to discovering her love of medical dermatology, she was an internal medicine PA for 5 years. Hope graduated Summa Cum Laude from Emory University in 2002 after finishing her Biology degree at UGA. She is NCCPA certified and is very active in the local PA community, serving as the Georgia Association of PAs Regional Contact Liaison for Athens. She loves teaching, mentoring, and precepting students. Hope lives in Athens with her husband and two elementary age kids. She is an avid reader and a self-described foodie who enjoys trying new recipes. Hope has a passion for medical missions and serves as a volunteer at Mercy Health and with Interfaith Hospitality Network.
